INGRIDENTS
Octopus, red wine, chicken stock, chopped tomato, carrot, celery, onion, tomato paste, anchovy, squid ink.

ALLERGEN
Fish and fish products, sulphite, Molluscs.

STORAGE
Suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened eat within 24 hours. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

COOKING DIRECTION
  1. PUT IN A POT 110 GM SAUCE (A QUARTER OF A BOTTLE), AND REHEAT ON A LOW TEMP FOR 5-7 MINUTES UNTIL THE SAUCE IS HOT.
  2. ADD YOUR BOILED PREFERRED PASTA TO THE SAUCE AND MIX WELL TOGETHER WHILE COOKING FOR ANOTHER 3 MINUTES, THEN SERVE.
  3. SERVER IT WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR PREFERRED CHEESE TO YOUR TASTE.

PARMESAN CHEESE IS RECOMMENDED TO GO WITH THIS STYLE OF OUR SAUCE ENJOY !!
