Convenient Order Collection at Our Locations

We offer a hassle-free store pickup service for orders over HK$500. Place your order online and collect it at your preferred Nocino branch.

Order Processing & Collection

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be ready for pickup from 4:00 PM the next business day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Pickup Requirements

1. Present your order confirmation number at the counter

2. Sign a receipt confirmation upon collection

   • By signing, you accept responsibility for the products from time of pickup

Product Shelf Life

• Fresh Products: Must be collected the next day

• Ambient Products: Can be collected within 2 days

• Uncollected orders will not be held beyond 2 days

Important Policies

• No refunds will be issued for uncollected orders

• We recommend collecting perishable items promptly to ensure optimal quality

• Please check your order carefully at pickup as we cannot accept returns for store-collected items
