It all began with Nocino, our beloved Swiss-Italian restaurants in Hong Kong—first in Tai Hang, then at Jardine House’s Base Hall, and later in Kwun Tong’s bustling business district. As our kitchens grew, so did our dream: to create a central production hub that would ensure the same quality and passion inevery dish served across our locations.
But why stop there?
With a dedicated kitchen crafting fresh pasta, rich sauces, and artisanal pantry staples, we realised these creations deserved a wider audience. That’s how HELVETICA BY NOCINO came to life—an online boutique where you can savour the essence of our restaurants at home.
Today, we focus on what we do best: handcrafted pasta (60%) and signature sauces, alongside a curated selection of Swiss-Italian wines, cheeses, and gourmet pantry items (20%)—each chosen to bring a taste of Europe to your dining table.
