Delivery Service Overview

We provide local delivery (excluding Outlying Islands) with scheduled operating times and zone-specific requirements to ensure the freshness and quality of your order.


1. Delivery Schedule

  • Operating Days: Wednesday & Friday (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

    • Excludes Public Holidays

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available only for orders placed before 2:00 PM.

  • Advance Booking: Customers may select a delivery date within the next 14 working days.

2. Minimum Order Value & Delivery Fees

Delivery fees apply if the order value falls below the minimum spend for free delivery.

  • General Minimum Order:

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Service Restriction: Deliveries only available to premises with elevator access.


3. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If you are unavailable, our team will attempt contact via phone call or WhatsApp.

  • Orders may be left at your doorstep or with the building concierge (unless otherwise requested).

  • If entry is denied by building management, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

    • Re-delivery may incur additional fees.


4. Important Notes

  • Refrigerated Transport: All orders are delivered in temperature-controlled vans to maintain freshness.

  • No Partial Handovers: Full orders must be accepted; partial deliveries are not permitted.

  • Non-Refundable Perishables: Due to food safety regulations, meats, frozen foods, and other perishables cannot be refunded once dispatched.


5. Special Weather Arrangements

  • Service Suspension:

    • Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above

    • Black Rainstorm Warning

  • Affected customers will be contacted to reschedule delivery.
