Delivery Service Overview
We provide local delivery (excluding Outlying Islands) with scheduled operating times and zone-specific requirements to ensure the freshness and quality of your order.
1. Delivery Schedule

2. Minimum Order Value & Delivery Fees
Delivery fees apply if the order value falls below the minimum spend for free delivery.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Service Restriction: Deliveries only available to premises with elevator access.
3. Failed Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable, our team will attempt contact via phone call or WhatsApp.

Orders may be left at your doorstep or with the building concierge (unless otherwise requested).

If entry is denied by building management, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Re-delivery may incur additional fees.

4. Important Notes

Refrigerated Transport: All orders are delivered in temperature-controlled vans to maintain freshness.

No Partial Handovers: Full orders must be accepted; partial deliveries are not permitted.

Non-Refundable Perishables: Due to food safety regulations, meats, frozen foods, and other perishables cannot be refunded once dispatched.
